RDC (Ribane Planning and Development Consultants) is a South African town planning consultancy founded and led by Nape Ribane, a qualified Urban and Regional Planner from the University of Johannesburg.
The firm specialises in land use management and development planning, with experience spanning township establishment, informal settlement upgrading (UISP), residential developments, and statutory land use applications.
RDC was established to provide practical, efficient, and compliant planning solutions in an increasingly complex regulatory environment. We combine strong technical capability in planning documentation and drawings with a clear understanding of municipal processes, enabling us to guide projects from concept through to approval.
